Australia’s opportunity to take back control

Now we have an election date of 21 August, Australians have the opportunity to regain control of our economy, of our heritage, and of our future.

Australia has to:
STOP the waste
STOP the taxes
STOP the Boats
PAYBACK the debt.

We can do this by returning the Nationals in Calare and a Coalition Government in Australia.
The Coalition has done all this before and now they must do it again.

The Prime Minister, Julia Gillard, has been directly responsible for the worst value for money program in Australia’s history, the BER. Calare has not been spared the waste with rip offs being reported at the Nashdale, Mullion Creek, Errowanbang, Spring Hill, Clergate, Cooerwull, Mt Victoria, and Tottenham Schools and that’s just in Calare. An estimated $5 billion out of a $17.2 billion School Hall Program has already been wasted and they are not finished yet.

Federal Labor is addicted to spending and the only way to feed their habit is to impose new taxes.
Julia Gillard’s Labor government is set to impose a great big new tax on the sector that has kept Australia out of recession. This tax will threaten Calare’s future mining prosperity and development.
Gillard’s Labor government is also committed to an Emissions Tax (ETS) that will damage the economic fortunes of Calare more than almost any other electorate in Australia.

Should Labor be returned and the Greens have the balance of power in the Senate, the mining and the emissions trading taxes will be far higher, far harsher and far worse for Calare than anything yet envisioned.

Gillard’s Labor government opened the door to people smugglers and she has been an international embarrassment in her recent attempts to push Labor’s problem onto an unwilling East Timor.
Federal Labor are committed to borrowing $100 million a day for the next three years permanently putting pressure on interest rates by competition with the small business sector and home borrowers. The only way to lift the pressure is to payback the debt.

THE COALITION WILL STOP THE WASTE, WE WILL STOP THE TAXES, WE WILL STOP THE BOATS AND WE WILL REPAY THE DEBT.
