LNP confirms plans for new rail sell off
The LNP government has confirmed in Queensland Parliament that it will seek a mandate from Queenslanders for new asset sales and has refused to support the ongoing government ownership of Queensland Rail.
State Leader of Katter’s Australian Party, Rob Katter, said that the LNP’s refusal to back his motion against asset sales in Queensland Parliament was very disappointing news for Queenslanders.
“Queenslanders have just voted out the Labor government because it sold our state assets,” Mr Katter said.
“Now, only six months after the election, Queenslanders are once again faced with a government that supports asset sales.
“Queenslanders will be very upset to hear that the new LNP government is now seeking a mandate to conduct a new fire sale of Queenslands assets.
“To achieve this it is clear that the LNP have embarked on what will be a three year propaganda campaign to scare Queenslanders into supporting their radical policies to privatise state assets.
“The good news is that Queenslanders will not be fooled by the LNP’s scare tactics,” he said.
“It is very disappointing that the government is so focused on cutbacks and asset sales.
“This will mean that the next three years, which should be spent on rebuilding Queenslands economy and state infrastructure, will be spent justifying new asset sales.
“There is no reason the government will commit to infrastructure development when it is clear the LNP are planning to privatise state assets.”

"He represents the very best of all that is contemporary, creative and international, the same characteristics that underpin the entire Moncler project and the Moncler Lunettes collection," chairman and chief executive officer Remo Ruffini told WWD .
The titanium shades, which have been described as "halfway between futurism and ’50s style," will be released in Paris Sept. 26 during the SILMO- International Optics and Eyewear Exhibition. It will be available through Moncler boutiques, their website and other retailers.

Former Hillside quarterback Vad Lee will lead the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets into Wallace Wade Stadium today to face the Duke Blue Devils.

For all the focus on Duke’s quarterbacks in light of Anthony Boone’s collarbone injury a week ago, Georgia Tech’s quarterback will be under a spotlight today, as well.[b][url=http://www.thenorthface2you.com]the north face outlet online sale[/url][/b]
While at Hillside High School, Vad Lee spent many days around Duke’s football team.
His former teammates with the Hornets, wide receiver Corey Gattis and running back/wide receiver Desmond Scott, played for the Blue Devils from 2009-12.
Lee and Duke coach David Cutcliffe, known for his prowess coaching quarterbacks, became close.
But now Lee is back in his hometown representing the Blue Devils’ opponent. A redshirt sophomore, he is the starting quarterback for Georgia Tech, which plays the Blue Devils today (3:30 p.m., ESPNU) at Wallace Wade Stadium.
While the Yellow Jackets (1-0) perennially are one of the nation’s top rushing attacks with their triple-option sets, Cutcliffe said Lee gives them a complete offense.
“They do the best job consistently of creating problems with big plays,” Cutcliffe said. “Great play-action pass team, particularly with a quarterback like Vad. He has such a strong arm. He can go downfield with the ball.”
Lee has been to Wallace Wade Stadium with Georgia Tech once before. When the Yellow Jackets beat Duke 38-31 on Nov. 19, 2011, Lee was on Georgia Tech’s sideline but didn’t play since he was redshirting as a freshman.
“It’s a great feeling to just know that I’m going to go home this time and play,” Lee told the Associated Press.
Today won’t be his first time playing in the Triangle as a college player.
This past Nov. 10, he was part of a record-setting day of offense at Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill, as Georgia Tech beat North Carolina 68-50 in the highest-scoring football game in ACC history.
Lee, as a reserve quarterback, rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns and threw for a third touchdown.
To help Duke prepare for what Lee offers as a challenge in today’s game, Blue Devils freshman quarterback Quay Chambers (6-3, 215) has impersonated Lee in practice this week with breakaway speed.
He displayed those talents during an August scrimmage with a long touchdown run against Duke’s reserve defenders.
At 6-1, 215 pounds, Lee is almost identical to Chambers.
“Quay is a big, fast athletic guy, which is similar to what we’re going to see this weekend” Duke All-ACC cornerback Ross Cockrell said. “He gives us a good look in terms of lowering his shoulder and trying to get extra yards, juking people, faking pitches. I’m excited that Quay is there for us. He is giving us a good look.”
In Georgia Tech’s 70-0 win over Elon on Aug. 31, Lee completed 7 of 11 passes for 189 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 49 yards and a touchdown.
The Yellow Jackets had an open weekend while Duke was winning 28-14 at Memphis a week ago to start the season 2-0.
The Blue Devils lost Boone, their starting quarterback, during that game. Redshirt junior Brandon Connette replaced Boone and threw two fourth-quarter touchdown passes to spur the win.
Today, Connette starts for the first time since Boone was injured. It will be the second career start for Connette, who has 18 career rushing touchdowns for Duke.
“I’ve always had a comfort level out there on the field,” Connette said. “It gave them a comfort level with me. I’ve been on the field taking hits, putting the ball in end zone. They have confidence I know what I’m doing on the field. Für die Verwendung der Schweizer Bahnhofsuhr als Uhren-App auf dem iPad musste der Hersteller der Schweizerischen Bundesbahn (SBB) nachträglich eine Lizenzgebühr zahlen. In der neuen Version iOS 7 ist das Schweizer Design nun nicht mehr zu sehen.
Millionen-Vereinbarung

Für die Uhren-App werden als Zeitanzeige Ziffern statt Striche verwendet, die typische rote Kelle als Sekundenzeiger ist verschwunden, berichtete der ” Tages-Anzeiger ” am Donnerstag.

Das Unternehmen hatte Apple vergangenen Oktober am Verhandlungstisch eine Lizenzgebühr für die Uhr abgerungen, die bis dahin unautorisiert verwendet worden war. Über die Höhe der Zahlung wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart, gerüchteweise war von 20 Millionen Franken (rund 16 Millionen Euro) die Rede.
Kein Kontakt zu Apple

Berliner Motorboot-Pilot hat es in Grünau besonders eilig
Die Rennen in Grünau sind für den Berliner Mike Szymura nur Durchgangsstation zu größeren Zielen. Gleich danach bricht er nach Südchina auf – zur Weltmeisterschaft der Formel-1-Rennboote.

Vettel-Finger Was der Formel-1-Weltmeister kann, kann Mike Szymura auch
Mike Szymura ist am kommenden Sonntag in Eile, es muss definitiv schnell gehen. Kunststück, denn der 20 Jahre alte Rennfahrer startet beim 20. Motorbootrennen in Grünau. Für den Berliner, der sich in der spektakulärsten Klasse des Programms (ADAC Masters) noch Chancen auf den nationalen Meistertitel ausrechnen kann, drängt die Zeit aber noch aus einem anderen Grund. Nach dem ersten von vier Rennen am Sonnabend endet sein letzter Wettbewerb in Berlin tags darauf um 15.25 Uhr. Schon gegen 18 Uhr muss er auf dem Flughafen Tegel sein, weil bereits um 19.30 Uhr die Reise in Richtung China beginnt. Szymura und sein Vater Peter, 50, fliegen nach Peking. Von dort aus geht es weiter nach Liuzhou (Südchina) – zur Weltmeisterschaft der Formel-1-Rennboote.
Ohne Eile, in einer gemütlichen Pizzeria, erzählt der momentan vielleicht talentierteste deutsche Nachwuchsrennfahrer, wie sehr er sich auf diese Doppelbelastung freut. “Da ist erst einmal das Umfeld auf den internationalen Rennplätzen. In der Formel 1, wo ich im Rahmenprogramm starte, sind die Dinge natürlich auf die exklusive Bootsklasse ausgerichtet. Die Infrastruktur ist professionell und die Betreuung ist es auch.”
Jeden Tag harte Arbeit
Dass er nach zwei Rennen in Brasilien und der Ukraine die WM-Tabellenführung der bis 160 km/h schnellen F4S-Kategorie erobert hat, erwähnt Szymura eher nebenbei. Dass weitere Rennen in Doha (Katar), Abu Dhabi und Sharjah (beides Vereinigte Arabische Emiraten) anstehen, ebenfalls.
Das alles klingt nach gut bezahltem Jetsetter wie beispielsweise Sebastian Vettel, ist es aber nicht. Szymura lernt Bäcker, kennt die tägliche Überwindung des frühen Aufstehens und ebenfalls die, in jeder freien Minute für seine Leidenschaft zu arbeiten. Ein Rennwochende kostet im Schnitt 1000 Euro. Ein ADAC-Masters-Boot gut 25.000. Dabei vergisst er nicht zu betonen, dass sein Lehrherr auch seinen Sport unterstützt. Den Kontakt in die Formel-1-Szene hat ihm ausgerechnet ein nationaler Konkurrent vermittelt. “Ich bin gut bekannt mit Stefan Hagin, der ist früher in der auch F4S gefahren. Als sein ehemaliger Teamchef einen neuen Piloten gesucht hat, hat Stefan uns in Kontakt gebracht”, sagt Szymura.
Auch Vater Peter ist mit im Boot
Nach einigen Verhandlungen, unter anderem auch mit Sponsor Hublot – der Schweizer Uhrenhersteller ist in der Motorboot-Rennszene eng verzahnt – konnten Verträge zwischen Szymura und dem portugiesischen Atlantic-Team unterschrieben werden. “Teamchef Duarte Benevente hat Mike einige Zeit beobachtet oder beobachten lassen. Er war von seiner Leistung überzeugt und ist auch jetzt zufrieden. Das Boot wird von Team Atlantik gestellt und für die Transporte ist der Promoter der Formel 1, H 2 O zuständig”, gibt Peter Szymura stolz preis. Natürlich steuert auch er seinen Anteil zur Finanzierung bei.
Begonnen hat die gemeinsame Leidenschaft für den Sport bei einem Rennbesuch – 2007 in Grünau. “Das hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich im Team von Uwe Brettschneider ( der Berliner Anlageberater ist am Wochenende Konkurrent von Szymura, d. R. ) angefangen habe. 2009 habe ich meinen ersten Deutschen Meistertitel gewonnen, 2011 den zweiten. Dieses Jahr kommt ja vielleicht noch was dazu”, lacht Szymura. Für das anstehende Wochenende erwartet er ein Duell mit dem derzeit in der ADAC-Masters führenden Edgars Riabko aus Litauen. “Edgars ist sehr stark. Er findet sich auf jedem Wasser gut zurecht”, so Szymura, der aber hinzufügt “Schlagbar ist er trotzdem”. Zünglein an der Waage in Grünau könnte Uwe Brettschneider sein. Er liegt auf Position drei in der laufenden Meisterschaft.
Gastgeber wollen Chancen wahren
Ein neuer Weltmeister wird in der Formel 500 gekürt. Als Kandidat Nr. 1 und mit 76 Punkten Tabellenführer kommt der Wahl-Österreicher Attila Havas, ein alter Bekannter in Berlin, nach Grünau. Nach bislang fünf Durchgängen nur einen Punkt zurück liegt der Ungar Robert Hencz auf Platz zwei, weitere drei Pünktchen dahinter lauert der Slovake Marian Jung. Mit viel Lokalpatriotismus können die Zuschauer auf einen neuen Europa-Champion in der Formel R-1000 freuen. Titelverteidiger Peter Heibuch reist mit 37 Punkten als Vierter an. Sieben Punkte trennen ihn vom führenden Patrick Zdralek aus Oberursel (44 Zähler). Fünf Punkte Rückstand muss der Zweitplatzierte Udo Kaschube aufholen. Das würde dem Betreiber einer Bootswerft den fünften EM-Titel sichern.

Das erste Wort, das meine Tochter sagen konnte, war “Mama”. Das zweite war “nein”. Das ungefähr dritte war “Angelamerkel”. Eine Weile später hatte Merkel mich dann schon überholt: Der Berufswunsch meines Kindes war nicht “Journalistin”, sondern “Bundeskanzlerin”. Ich weiß noch, dass ich überrascht war. Positiv überrascht natürlich.[b][url=http://www.sexybikinisstores.com/de/]Bikini[/url][/b]
Irgendwas positiv Überraschtes sagte ich auch. Etwas in der Art von “super! toll! trau dich!” Eines meiner Erziehungsziele ist natürlich Emanzipation. Sich nichts gefallen lassen finde ich gut. Schon gar nicht von Jungs. Eine Frau als Bundeskanzlerin – gutes Vorbild, fand ich. Aber meine Tochter wunderte sich über mich.[b][url=http://www.sexybikinisstores.com/de/]Bikini[/url][/b]
Sie hatte doch nur gesagt, was sie mal werden will. Bundeskanzlerin fand sie nicht toll, sondern normal. Herrlich, dachte ich. Meine Tochter geht in den Kindergarten und ist schon emanzipierter als ich.[b][url=http://www.sexybikinisstores.com/de/]Bikini[/url][/b]

Es ist nicht so, dass wir zu Hause schon mit unseren Kleinkindern über Emanzipation reden würden. Wir laufen auch nicht mit CDU-Anstecknadel am Morgenmantel herum. Wir reden manchmal beim Frühstück über Politik, aber es hält sich in Grenzen. Angela Merkel heißt bei uns eigentlich nur “die Merkel”, und was die Merkel macht, finden wir mal so, mal so.[b][url=http://www.sexybikinisstores.com/de/]Bikini[/url][/b]
Aber bestimmt noch nie fiel bei uns am Frühstückstisch ein Satz wie “Angela Merkel ist ein Vorbild für Mädchen. Angela Merkel kämpft für Frauenrechte. Töchter, eifert Angela Merkel nach.” Sie eifern ihr auch nicht nach. Sie sind zu sehr damit beschäftigt, Emma Watson, Pink oder der Königin von England nachzueifern.
Ich habe aber den Eindruck, dass die Stellung der Stars bei uns fragil ist, die Stellung von Angela Merkel nicht. Ein falsches Lied, und Pink ist unten durch. Eine uncoole Frisur, und Emma Watson kann gehen. Auch die englische Königin könnte sofort einpacken, wenn sich etwas an ihrer Erscheinung verändern würde.
Falsche Frisur, uncooles Outfit? Kein Problem
Bei der Zuneigung zu Angela Merkel ist es anders. Meine Töchter finden sie gut, und Merkel kann eigentlich machen, was sie will. Merkel braucht keine schönen Kleider und keinen neuen Film. Sie darf den Friseurtermin verpassen. Sie darf zunehmen, sie darf älter werden, sie darf Hosenanzüge tragen und Badeanzüge auch. Schirmmützen, Rucksäcke, Wanderschuhe – kein Problem.
Geschmacksverirrungen führen bei mir, der Mutter, mindestens zu einer Aussprache und bei Emma Watson zur sofortigen Kündigung der Beziehung. Nur Merkel darf alles. Meine Kinder wissen besser als viele meiner Journalistenkollegen, dass es nicht darauf ankommt, ob Frau Merkel den richtigen Friseur hat. Warum?
Weil es egal ist. Weil sie die Chefin ist. Sie ist die Frau, die meinen Töchtern klar macht, was Frauen können, nämlich alles. Die Merkel ist keine Frau der Erscheinung. Sie ist eine Frau der Entscheidung. Den Unterschied haben meine Kinder zusammen mit dem Sprechen gelernt. Die Vorlage war Angela Merkel.
Sie pöbelt nicht, sie greift nicht an – sie lächelt
So weit die Erinnerung meiner Töchter reicht – immer war Merkel Kanzlerin. Es ist jetzt das dritte Mal, dass Merkel-Plakate die Straßenränder säumen . Belangloser als Merkels Wahlkampf geht es nicht. Sie greift nicht an. Sie pöbelt nicht. Sie macht keine Versprechungen. Sie lobt sich nicht. Sie lächelt – und das auch nur ein bisschen.
Die anderen Plakate sind witziger, aggressiver, sachlicher. Sie sind vollgeschrieben mit Rettungsvorschlägen für Deutschland. Merkel verspricht keine Rettung – sie macht einfach. Sie ist seit acht Jahren Kanzlerin. Es sieht so aus, als würde sie es auch bleiben. Sie muss nichts versprechen und sich nicht loben. Das hat sie nicht mehr nötig. Genau wie Kohl oder Schröder vor ihrer Wiederwahl. Für meine Töchter ist Wahlkampf kein offener Boxkampf, denn die Siegerin steht fest. Die stärkste Frau ist stärker als alle starken Männer zusammen. Das ist das politische Gefühl, mit dem sie aufwachsen.
Ich weiß nicht, was die Kanzlerschaft von Gerhard Schröder mit dem Selbstbewusstsein von kleinen Jungen gemacht hat. Aber ich weiß, was die Kanzlerschaft von Angela Merkel mit dem Selbstbewusstsein meiner Töchter gemacht hat. Die Tatsache, dass eine Frau Chefin ist, ist für sie vor allem eins: selbstverständlich.
Kämpferin für Frauenrechte? Eher nicht
Angela Merkel ist nicht bekannt für Thesen zu Fragen der Emanzipation. Immerzu sagt sie “nein”, wenn Frauen etwas für Frauen fordern. Sie ist gegen die Frauenquote, gegen Gesetze für gleiche Löhne, sie ist gegen alles, was Frauen einen Vorteil gegenüber Männern verschafft, sogar dann, wenn die Bevorteilung in der Abschaffung einer Benachteiligung liegt.
“Wenn eine Frau für die gleiche Arbeit weniger als ihr Kollege verdient, soll sie selbstbewusst zum Chef gehen und sagen: Da muss sich was ändern.” Das sagte Merkel mal im Interview mit der Zeitschrift “Emma”. Da muss eine Frau wie Alice Schwarzer natürlich sauer werden.
Natürlich will Merkel von Schwarzer gar nicht gemocht werden. Gemochtwerdenwollen ist ein altes Frauending. Aber wie gern würden frauenbewegte Frauen Merkel mögen. Wie gern würden sie sie als Mitstreiterin bezeichnen. Oder als Schwester im Geist. Merkel will es nicht sein. Es ist ihr egal.
Alice Schwarzer fällt bei meinen Töchtern durch
Alice Schwarzer ist von Beruf frauenbewegt. Ich will ihren Beitrag zur Emanzipation nicht kleinreden. Aber in was der Beitrag besteht, ist gar nicht so leicht zu sagen. Neulich, lange vor dem Fernsehduell zwischen Steinbrück und Merkel, bestand ich darauf, eine Sendung mit Schwarzer zu sehen, zusammen mit meinen Mädchen.
Ich hätte das nicht tun sollen. Das Problem (aus der Sicht meiner Töchter) ist das: Schwarzer hat nichts zu entscheiden wie Merkel. Und singen wie Pink kann sie auch nicht. Sie fragten mich, was ich an Schwarzer so toll finde. Ich erklärte die Sache mit den Frauenrechten und schreckte auch vor einem Exkurs in die Geschichte nicht zurück.
Aber ich schaffte es nicht, meine Töchter für Schwarzer einzunehmen, nicht einmal, als ich ihnen sagte, dass Frauen weniger verdienen als Männer und dass Schwarzer dagegen kämpft – für alle Frauen. Meine Töchter lachten darüber. Wenn Frauen mehr Geld wollen, sollen sie doch besser zu ihrer Chefin gehen und es selbst fordern, sagten sie.
Ob meine Töchter Bundeskanzlerinnen werden, ist nicht sicher. Im Moment ist das Spiel wieder offen, und Berufe wie Tierpflegerin, Schauspielerin oder Rechtsanwältin sind in der engeren Wahl. Was am Ende rauskommt, ist auch gar nicht wichtig. Wichtig ist, dass meine Töchter alles für möglich halten.

A Fort Bragg foster father accused of beating to death a 5-month-old baby girl took the witness stand in his own defense Wednesday in Mendocino County Superior Court.[b]ティファニーのジュエリー[/b]

Tubbs’ defense attorney, Public Defender Linda Thompson, reminded him on the stand that investigators who were investigating the case had described baby Emerald’s injuries by telling him it looked like they had been caused by a car accident.
“Did you inflict those injuries?” she asked.
“No, I did not,” Tubbs replied.
Prosecutor Paul Sequeira had on Tuesday shown the jury a recorded interview between Fort Bragg investigators and Tubbs, during which Tubbs described how the baby fell from a 21-inch high changing bench the night before he took her to the hospital to explain how she was injured.
Later in the interview, after investigators tell him the fall doesn’t account for two skull fractures, bruising all over her head and face and severe subdural hematoma (blood accumulated between the skull and brain), Tubbs tells them he slapped the side of the baby’s head with an open palm and shook her so that her head twice whipped back and forth. Thompson asked Tubbs on the witness stand Wednesday if he had done those things to baby Emerald, and, when he said he hadn’t, asked him why he had told the investigators that he did.
“I knew they were looking for a specific thing, and if they didn’t get it from me that they were going to get it from somebody else, so I told them what they wanted,” Tubbs said.
Tubbs spent much of the court day Thursday on the witness stand under Thompson’s direct questioning, describing how he stayed home with his premature daughter, now 18, when she was born, how he cared for his elderly parents when they could no longer care for themselves, the events that led up to Emerald being placed in his and his wife’s home and the events that led to the baby’s Dec. 4 death.
Tubbs said he had left baby Emerald briefly on the bench to move some items from the table where he usually changed her and “got one step into the den” when he heard the baby’s “serious cry,” meaning she was hurt.
He didn’t see it, he said, but believed his approximately 60-pound dog, Leroy, had run through the room where he had left her on the bench briefly and knocked her off.
The dog, Tubbs said, is “kind of like a bull in a China shop,” and said he had previously knocked down his daughter, his wife and almost himself.
Asked by Thompson why a Fort Bragg Police Officer who later visited the home to investigate didn’t see the dog walk by that bench to get to his food, Tubbs said, “I talked to him really stern, and he won’t go near that bench ever again.”
The night of the fall, Tubbs came back into the room to find the foam changing pad on top of the baby on the floor. The fall bloodied the baby’s nose, he said, as she had landed face-down with her arms at her sides and slightly under her body.
Thompson also asked Tubbs where the baby’s swing had been in relation to the bench that day, and Tubbs said it had been in an unusually close position to where the baby landed because he’d been sweeping.
Tubbs said he had cleaned baby Emerald up and decided not to take her to the hospital.
“She didn’t seem like she was seriously injured,” Tubbs said.
He told the jury that he had watched her bruises appear and darken until throughout the night until they were purple the next day.
Previously, doctors and other medical professionals who examined baby Emerald at Mendocino Coast District Hospital and at Oakland Children’s Hospital, where she was flown, testified that a fall from the 21-inch high replica of the bench Sequeira showed them could not have caused the severe injuries Emerald had.
A child abuse pediatrician at Oakland Children’s Hospital said there had been at least 49 bruises on the baby’s head and face, two skull fractures, severe brain bleeding and retinal hemorrhages — all consistent with violent shaking.
Tubbs’ wife, Marte Tubbs, had finished her testimony earlier Tuesday. She told the court that Emerald’s eyes had strayed and “floated.” That and the fact that the baby began holding her fists to her eyes and crying when they were removed soon after coming to live with the family, coupled with baby Emerald’s relatively slow development, gave her cause to be concerned that the baby had a neurological disorder.
Early Start experts had recommended the Tubbs take baby Emerald to University of California, San Francisco, but Mendocino County Child Protective Services social worker supervisor Chuck Dunbar had told her to go back to the baby’s pediatrician instead, Marte Tubbs testified.

En China y otros mercados nuevos, así como en mercados de bienes de lujo en Europa, las empresas sumaron decenas de tiendas por año, lo que impulsó el crecimiento del sector.

En Brasil, la empresa volvió a comprar tres de sus franquicias, dos de las cuales está remodelando.En enero, Bernard Arnault , jefe de la casa matriz de Vuitton, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton ,
indicó que la marca “limitaría la apertura de tiendas”.No es fácil medir con precisión cuánto crecimiento proviene de tiendas nuevas y existentes. Parte de la dificultad se debe a la forma en que los gigantes de los bienes de lujo reportan su expansión. A diferencia del resto del sector minorista, estas empresas no revelan el crecimiento de las tiendas abiertas al menos un año.
Hay marcas que aún abren tiendas nuevas, pero no con la velocidad del pasado. Hace poco, Vuitton inauguró una tienda en Barcelona, y Bottega Veneta sumó otra en Milán.
Sólo Prada SpA
está abriendo puntos de ventas con velocidad, pero se debe a que la marca aún tiene aproximadamente 200 tiendas menos que sus rivales Gucci y Vuitton, y a que hace unos años no tenía los fondos para invertir en nuevos locales.Ferragamo tiene una de las mayores redes de la industria, con 600 tiendas, pero muchas son franquicias. Vuitton tiene la mayor cadena de tiendas operadas directamente, con casi 500.
En Ferragamo, Norsa eliminó algunos locales de su red. Hace poco cerró dos tiendas de aeropuertos en Argentina al considerar que no eran una buena representación de la marca.
Ferragamo no fue la única marca de lujo que abandonó Argentina. Otras empresas internacionales comenzaron a cerrar locales en ese país a causa de políticas económicas del gobierno de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, como la restricción a las importaciones, la dificultad para transferir dólares a las casas matrices en el exterior, la presión fiscal sobre compras costosas y la disminución del turismo extranjero de alto poder adquisitivo. En 2012, Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, Kenzo y Cartier cerraron sus tiendas en el país. En 2011 se fueron Yves Saint Laurent y Escada. En Hermès, el único cambio que se realizará en la región es la reubicación en noviembre de su boutique en Buenos Aires, que se trasladará a un local más grande, informó una vocera.
En Milán, la boutique de Ferragamo en Montenapoleone es una de sus tiendas más antiguas. La casa de modas aprovechó el período de ventas débil del verano europeo para renovarla.

Se você tiver ou comprar um relógio desses e for amigo de um relojoeiro, pode pedir para que ele troque o mostrador com uma certa facilidade. Assim como o Panerai, também não faz muito sentido colocar diamantes em um relógio de mergulho. Mas é muito mais uma questão de estilo e praticidade. A Adidas também já se posicionou no mercado dos gadgets “para usar” e diz que não quer ter apenas mais um relógio inteligente, mas o relógio de corrida mais inteligente.
O produto já tem data de lançamento fixada para o próximo dia 1 de novembro e preço definido. Vai custar 399 dólares, revelou um responsável da marca durante a intervenção numa conferência em São Francisco.
Embora vá posicionar-se no mesmo mercado onde estão dispositivos com o relógio inteligente da Samsung, o novo relógio da Adidas será um produto mais focado na corrida e sem as mesmas pretensões de integração com o smartphone que o Galaxy Gear da fabricante coreana.
O dispositivo foi desenhado para recolher todos os indicadores de corrida, como a velocidade ou o tempo que o desportista está a correr. Tem suporte para GPS e funciona como um dispositivo autónomo.
Ligado a uns headphones bluetooth, o relógio também permite ouvir música guardada pelo utilizador e ter o apoio áudio de um treinador que vai partilhando mensagens de incentivo.
Outros indicadores também podem ser monitorizados a partir do relógio, como a frequência cardíaca, por exemplo, levando para o dispositivo a maioria das funcionalidades que a app que a marca criou para smartphones.

GENEVA: One of the pioneers behind the rise of the world’s biggest watchmaking group Swatch criticized the luxury-focused industry in Switzerland, charging it had missed the “smartwatch” train. Former executive Ernst Thomke, who ran what would become the Swatch Group from 1984 to 1991, said the Swiss watchmaking industry was so obsessed with dominating the market for super-expensive and often jewel-studded watches that it was letting other countries take the lead in the emerging market for high-tech timepieces with smartphone capabilities. The development of such watches is happening “far from our borders, in the US, in Japan and in South Korea,” the 74-year-old told the Le Temps daily. “These online watches will be made by Samsung, Apple and others. Switzerland has completely missed this bend in the road,” he added. Thomke said that Swiss watchmakers were too focused on the luxury segment, with exquisite timepieces that can each take a year or more to make and that can cost millions. “The Swiss watchmaking industry has become a prisoner on its Indian reserve, which is all mechanic and all high end,” he said. In Switzerland, “we prefer to concentrate on complicated watches that are unattainable for common mortals, and which everyone wants but no one really needs,” he added. This did not mean the Swiss watchmaking industry was in trouble, Thomke said, insisting “there are still very good years ahead.” “As long as some people need a Mercedes, a Porsche and a luxury watch on their wrist to feel superior, the outlook is rosy,” he said. And indeed, the future looks far from bleak. Спишем это на богатую фантазию стилиста, решившего подчеркнуть красоту звезд отталкивающим окружением.

В результате «Советник» погружает зрителя в полусонное состояние, и даже то, что на экране кому-то отрывают голову, тоже не особо бодрит. Во-первых, это же фильм Ридли Скотта, так что оторванной головой никого не удивишь. Во-вторых, все персонажи получились настолько картонными (и это в лучшем случае, в худшем — просто неприятными), что никто из них не вызывает ни сочувствия, ни хотя бы любопытства. Обезглавили? Ну и ладно, делов-то. Правда, приходится признать, что в этой ситуации бирка «триллер» кажется не очень-то уместной. Триллеры все-таки должны нервировать, а не убаюкивать.

Ecco la collezione degli squali imbalsamati arricchita da nuovi esemplari provenienti dall'Oceano Pacifico: per la prima volta è esposta una Rhina ancylostoma, della famiglia delle razze, uno splendido esemplare di squalo tigre ed un impressionante squalo volpe (Alopias supercilioso) di quasi 3 metri di lunghezza. E' ben visibile, poi, udite! Udite! "Giuseppe" il dinosauro acquatico (il nome è inventato) esposto nell'area dedicata alla malacopaleontologia insieme ad altri reperti di straordinario interesse scientifico tra i quali spicca il cranio di un "Tarbosauro", la parte ossea del "Duncleostis" e lo scheletro dello "Isittacosuro". Ma torniamo a "Giuseppe". Il suo scheletro, perfettamente conservato, proveniente dal Marocco, vissuto all'incirca 80 milioni di anni fa, è lungo la bellezza di 8 metri. Ha una struttura ossea possente: il solo cranio pesa ben 200 chilogrammi ed è caratterizzato da una dentatura perfettamente conservata. "Giuseppe" della "tribù" dei Mososauri è considerato il precursore degli attuali rettili, in particolare del coccodrillo. Il peso complessivo è di quasi 500 chilogrammi, considerata anche la matrice d'appoggio delle ossa fossilizzate. Una sezione, questa, davvero interessante e impressionante. Basta avere un po' di fantasia e te li vedi davanti, vivi e vegeti, questi enormi rettili marini. I bambini sono avvertiti. Perfettamente conservati, molto simili a quelli attuali. Un altro esemplare unico che il visitatore non deve lasciarsi sfuggire è la "Leptoteutis gigas"; si tratta di una seppia fossile che ha la veneranda età di oltre 150 milioni di anni e che ha avuto la fortuna o la sventura di essere vissuta nel giurassico, Era in cui in cielo volavano minacciosi gli Stelodattili e i Pteranoidi e in terra dettavano legge i Tirannosauri. La seppia fossile, rinvenuta nei giacimenti di Souhofen in Germania, è semplicemente straordinaria: ha una dimensione di 138 centimetri di lunghezza, senza naturalmente considerare i due tentacoli maggiori. Al mondo esistono soltanto 7 esemplari simili per dimensioni a quello esposto a Cupra Marittima. Da ammirare, anche, la ricchissima collezione di maschere provenienti dal Sepik, in Papua Nuova Guinea. Una finestra, questa, aperta su una civiltà tutta da scoprire. Protagoniste di tante maschere, e di tanti decori sono le conchiglie, che tanto più vengono utilizzate lontano dalle zone costiere, tanto più acquistano valore e mistero. Cipree, nasse, volute, coni, e madreperle assumono significati e ruoli ben precisi nella decorazione con variazioni sensibili da villaggio a villaggio e da regione a regione. La regina delle conchiglie nell'uso quotidiano è senza dubbio la Pinctada margaritifera. Dalla maggiore porzione di questa conchiglia bivalve prende vita la "kina", la moneta per eccellenza di Papua Nuova Guinea, tanto che figura anche nelle moderne banconote. La stessa conchiglia oltre che come moneta viene usata anche come collana-pettorale durante le cerimonie di iniziazione. Le cipree, invece, considerate come le regine nelle decorazioni sono essenziali per la realizzazione degli occhi, solo raramente sostituite dalle basi dei coni, sono preziose anche nelle bordature di cinte e pettorali. In questa sezione si rischia la sindrome di Stendhal. Si fa per dire, ma c'è qualcosa di vero, perché gli esemplari esposti sono di una bellezza straordinaria. Unica. Nell'antichità, ma ancora oggi, fra le popolazioni primitive, le conchiglie hanno sempre occupato un posto di preminenza: è chiaro che le conchiglie sono state caricate di valori simbolici e pertanto sono diventate portatrici di salute, di vita, di benessere e, nello stesso tempo, rappresentazioni di sesso, di potere e di tutela del negativo. L'imperscrutabilità dell'interno di un guscio e la spira logaritmica di talune conchiglie hanno contribuito ad accrescere il mistero creatosi attorno a taluni gioielli della natura e ad attrarre l'interesse dell'uomo, a maggior ragione questo richiamo è cresciuto di fronte alle stesse creazioni arricchite dalla lucentezza della madreperla. Non a caso, in molte sculture antropomorfe dell'antichità, in qualunque parte del mondo, a piccoli frammenti sagomati di madreperla è affidato il ruolo di "occhio", equivalente a vista, luce, e pertanto vita. Chimu, Wangala, Maya ed altre etnie sudamericane del passato hanno fatto frequente ricorso alla madreperla nella realizzazione di statuine, maschere funebri ed oggetti rituali di inestimabile valore. Inoltre popolazioni orientali: cinesi, giapponesi, coreane, tailandesi, vietnamite ed asiatiche in genere, da secoli,impreziosiscono gli arredamenti dei loro alloggi e gli oggetti d'uso con studiate incrostazioni di madreperla. Facendo sposare sapientemente frammenti di conchiglia iridescente con la lacca ricavata da alberi speciali, gli orientali, copiati in epoche successive dagli europei, hanno inventato il modo di illuminare una varietà immensa di oggetti. Molte etnie, lungo l'Indo, non esitano a fare ricorso alla madreperla per onorare al meglio la loro divinità Visnù, realizzando strumenti musicali e oggetti votivi arricchiti da conchiglie madreperlacee. Universalmente, va comunque detto, la madreperla, è considerata un materiale prezioso, così come la perla; è chiaro, quindi, che non deve stupire il fatto che molti monili e gioielli sfruttano conchiglie, perle e madreperle ed è altrettanto chiaro il motivo di tanta attrazione da parte dell'uomo, ma anche da parte della donna, nel corso della storia, per questi materiali preziosi, misteriosi e straordinari. Ebbene, il Museo malacologico è ricco anche di questi straordinari oggetti in madreperla. Ecco una statuetta di etnia Chimu, nel Perù; si tratta di un vero capolavoro di sintesi di artisti di Cerro Narrio nelle Alte Ande. La statuetta, di 10,5 centimetri, è riferibile all'ultimo periodo Chimu, tra il 1000 e il 1400 dopo Cristo. Ecco, poi, una bustina portamonete indonesiana dell'0ttocento, ecco, alcune collane da cerimonia filippine del primo ‘800, ecco pendenti delle isole Salomone. Ecco alcuni magnifici oggetti d'argento e madreperla provenienti dall'India: contenitori per profumi, per liquidi, oppure fermacarte. Bellissime le madreperle incise con tecniche sopraffine: una "Lezione di flauto", un "Sacro cuore", una "Scena di mare" con splendidi effetti scenici. Davvero. Ecco le conchiglie traforate cinesi con scene di uccelli e fiori. Una sezione è dedicata ai coloratissimi piatti di Esfahan, provenienti dal cuore dell'Iran, con scene di danza, di giochi, di natura. Non passa, chiaramente, inosservata la madreperla nell'oggettistica con scatoline porta profumo, posate inglesi e francesi inizi ‘800, set da manicure fine ‘700, timbri, casse di orologi, spille, bicchieri, vassoi, ventagli stupendi fine '700 e metà '800 inglesi, scacchiere per il gioco, apribottiglie, piattini, soprammobili, tazzine da caffè, vasi, penne, tagliacarte, bastoni da passeggio, soprammobili tailandesi e filippini, cammei in madreperla, scatoline intarsiate, porta tovaglioli, porta pillole, piatti in mosaico, vassoi in mosaico, collane, bracciali, bottoni artistici. Anche la cristianità si è servita della madreperla: croci, ex voto, corone, santini, raffigurazioni di Cristo, dell'Ultima Cena e via dicendo. Interessantissimi gli oggetti provenienti dalla Palestina e da Betlemme in particolare, una Ultima Cena e alcune Natività di rara bellezza. C'è di più. Un intero settore è dedicato al tema "Musica e conchiglie" con l'esposizione di alcuni straordinari strumenti musicali realizzati con le conchiglie o intarsiati con la madreperla provenienti da tutto il mondo: strumenti a corda del Vietnam, dell'Afganistan, del Senegal, conchiglie utilizzate come tromba in India, Filippine, Tahiti, sonagli di guerra degli indiani americani. Non mancano le straordinarie fisarmoniche del Museo internazionale di Castelfidardo, i cui tasti e bottoni sono tutti in madreperla e dove le insegne delle prestigiose aziende produttrici, a partire da Paolo Soprani, sono rigorosamente intarsiate in madreperla. E per finire, ecco "Le perle nei gioielli", le signore non rimarranno deluse, che hanno attirato l'attenzione di artisti e orafi di tutto il mondo: anelli, orecchini con perle di fiume, collane, bracciali, di rara bellezza fanno bella mostra di sé in bacheche molto ben disposte lungo il percorso e illuminate. Una attenzione particolare merita la conchiglia più conosciuta e ammirata dai ragazzi: si chiama Tridacna Gigas, la conchiglia del mollusco bivalve più grande al mondo, conosciuta come "la conchiglia assassina" per la fama, poco raccomandabile, di intrappolare fra le due valve le gambe di sprovveduti pescatori e di cercatori di perle, grazie ai suoi 250 kg di peso. Solo a vederla incute qualche apprensione. Eppure, non sono poche le chiese cristiane che utilizzano la valva della Tridacna Gigas come acquasantiera, tanto che i francesi chiamano questa conchiglia comunemente "bénitier" e non pochi sono i sacerdoti che utilizzano una conchiglia per versare l'acquasanta nel battesimo. Una curiosità per restare in tema? Qualche tempo fa tra le nuove conchiglie che hanno arricchito il Museo, una ha suscitato grande interesse tra la comunità scientifica: si tratta della Dentimargo Ratzingeri descritta dal direttore del Museo Tiziano Cossignani e dedicata a Benedetto XVI, visto che di questa preziosissima conchiglia, proveniente da Papua Nuova Guinea, di appena 4 millimetri, se ne conoscono solo tre esemplari al mondo. Anche l'arte non è immune dal contagio malacologico. Nel mondo degli artisti le conchiglie hanno sempre rappresentato, infatti, un soggetto fondamentale; a parte Botticelli sono divenuti memorabili Rembrand con un Conus Marmoreus, Arciboldo con i suoi bestiari, Giorgio Morandi con le sue nature morte, Enrico Bay con le conchiglie applicate nelle sue opere, Valentino Trubbiani con le sue sculture malacologiche e tanti altri. Anche questa sezione incuriosisce, e non poco. Tutto questo ed altro propone il Museo Malacologico di Cupra Marittima dove il visitatore può spaziare come meglio crede nella immensa varietà e nella bellezza di tante sezioni. Non solo. Il Museo fra i servizi di cui dispone si evidenzia per la presenza di uno dei più forniti negozi di conchiglie esistenti al mondo. Oltre 10 mila sono le specie disponibili, provenienti da tutti i continenti. Tradotto significa che, dopo la visita, è possibile prendere un souvenir o una conchiglia da collezione, anche a poco prezzo, per ascoltare la magica melodia del mare.

地層からヒントを得たパッチワークの靴

[b][url=http://www.timberlandbootsonlines.org/jp/]森林地[/url][/b] ロンドンを拠点に活動中の靴デザイナー Barbora Veselá さんは、靴を作ってるときにチェコ共和国にあるProkopské údolíという自然保護区の侵食された堆積岩のパターンを思い出しました。そしてその地層が侵食される様子をそのまま靴のデザインに利用しようと考えました。

平等院国宝「仏後壁」に卓越の技 飛天、下描きなし

平等院（京都府宇治市）は１４日、鳳凰堂の本尊阿弥陀如来坐像の背後にある国宝の壁画「仏後壁」の科学的調査で、空を舞う一対の飛天が下描きなしで一気に描かれていることが分かったと発表した。飛天は４ミリに満たない大きさの顔に穏やかな笑みを浮かべており、絵師の卓越した技がうかがえる発見だという。
平等院の神居文彰住職は「（本尊に隠れた）仏後壁を正面から見たのは創建後９５０年の歴史上初めて。計測機器を入れて調査できた意義は大きい」と話した。
